📦 Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Delivery Time:

On average, customers receive their items within 7–14 business days.

We are working to shorten delivery times and appreciate your patience amidst occasional carrier delays.
Multiple Items:

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages due to warehouse logistics.

Each package will have its own tracking number so you can follow it from dock to door.

Packages may arrive on different days (sometimes a few days apart).
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
All Cielo products are sold as final sale. Because our supplements are topical, we cannot accept physical returns once they leave our facility.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Within 24 hours: Cancel any unfulfilled order within 24 hours for a full refund.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with your results, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, send us clear photos and we’ll issue a refund.
Non-Eligible Circumstances:

Normal characteristics of natural ingredients (color, texture, settling).

Free promotional items or digital products included with your purchase.
Refund Process:

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
