How long does it take for an item to be shipped?

On average, our customers receive their items within 7-14 business days. We work hard to ensure that your package arrives on time, even if there are occasional shipping delays.
Please note that we have a processing time of 24-48 hours. Orders are not processed over the weekend, so orders placed during that time will be processed on the next business day.

MULTIPLE ITEMS MAY BE SHIPPED IN SEPARATE PACKAGES

Customers who order multiple items from us may receive them in separate packages. This is due to logistical reasons, as items may be stored in different warehouses or cities.
Each package will have its own tracking number so you can track each shipment from dispatch to delivery. In most cases, these packages will arrive on different days, sometimes with a gap of a few days or even weeks.

Marbella is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
